Unsharp photos of Christmas Season lights.
Photography © Anette Hermann.
I’ve always loved pictures of blurred lights (whether it’s in photography or in moving pictures or video). I’ve even tried to paint these effects once. But the result was not quite as good as what can be captured through a camera. Great job!
Thank you! I’ve made several attempts with a brush myself. So far, nah… it certainly is much easier with a camera. Haven’t found the right technique.
I wish I was in your photos…so peaceful.
And I wish my photos could contain you. Look long enough and peace you will find. ♥
I like the last one very much…peaceful!
If you look closely, the last one is also a school book example on colour mixing.
I like the colours of the non-coloured lights the most. They have great tones… like white wine… or Champagne.
it’s a cool way to see the lights… so peaceful….
Like squeezing ones eyes together and defocusing from everything :)
